On the Clock.

Starting off I've jumped into a few paintings just to get things rolling. I picked up a timer last week from the local government surplus store. Looks like it was for some kind of lab experiments. I'll use it to track how much time I actually spend with my brush in the paint, making paintings. I'm thinking that I'll be able to re-structure my work day to end up with the right amount of time spent creating work vs. generating ideas, making canvases, mediums etc. all those distractions.
In the past I've completed maybe one or two paintings per month. This month I'll go for a minimum of 10 paintings.
So far these two weeks at the easel results have been 10 and 25 hours. In the next weeks I should have it into the upper 30's to 40's.
